What is Acne?
If you are “oily or shiny” you will breakout.
You need your skin to get tight and dry to lessen the chances of breaking out. If your skin is dry, but not to the point where it’s red and irritated, it means your skin is moving and this will help move the scarring as well as precondition your skin for future treatments.
If you continue to break out, you will continue to scar and mark. So, if you feel oily throughout the day, you want to make sure to wash your face. It’s okay to be moisturized, but that built-up feeling of oil and shine on your face is what will break you out. What we’ll do is put you on a routine that will get you tight and dry, and eventually, we’ll bump up your routine to prevent your skin from getting used to it

All our products are medical grade; therefore, you must introduce everything very slowly. You do not need a lot of product during application, or else you’ll burn your skin. You do not need a bunch of products to help your skin, and we will keep it simple for you.
The number one reason why people break out is that it is hereditary. The second is stress and hormones, and the third is salt intake and dairy products.
Do you eat a lot of these foods?
It is best to cut back on them if you are breaking out. If you drink coffee and it makes you jittery, it mimics stress and can also cause breakouts. You must always wear sunscreen. The key to wearing sunscreen is reapplying it every two hours. The sun’s UVA/UVB rays are very damaging to our skin, and with the use of acids, you must wear sunscreen every day.
